Returns & Refunds

All Lois Sedgwick merch is made just for you — printed on demand once you place your order. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a problem with your item.

Something wrong?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, don’t worry — we’ll make it right. Just send us an email within 7 days of receiving your order at info@loissedgwick.com, along with a quick photo of the issue.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as we can.
No returns for change of mind or wrong size

Please double-check sizing and order details before checking out. Since everything is made to order, we can’t accept returns or offer exchanges for things like:

Ordering the wrong size

Changing your mind

Deciding you don’t like the colour or style after delivery

🇪🇺 EU Customers
Because all merch is printed just for you, these items are classed as custom-made — which means they’re not covered by the usual 14-day EU cooling-off period. But if there’s an issue with your item, just get in touch — we’re here to help.

Refunds

If your refund is approved (for example, because of a damaged or incorrect item), we’ll process it back to your original payment method within 10 working days. If it hasn’t landed after 15 working days, give us a nudge at info@loissedgwick.com.

FAQs

Can I return my merch if I ordered the wrong size?

Sadly, no — since every item is printed on demand, we can’t take returns for sizing issues. Check the size chart before you order, and if you’re not sure, drop us an email!

What if my order is damaged or wrong?

We’ll sort it! Just email us a photo and your order number within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll either send a replacement or refund your order.

Can I exchange my item for a different size or colour?

Because everything is custom printed, we can’t do exchanges. If you’re unsure, always double-check before placing the order.

Do you offer refunds for digital items or gift cards?

We don’t currently sell digital items or gift cards, but if we ever do, they’ll be non-refundable unless they’re faulty.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

We start printing your item pretty quickly, so once an order is placed, it’s locked in. If you think you made a mistake, email us right away and we’ll do our best to help if it hasn’t gone to print yet.
